ONLY this lime it’s a rase of a dentist
taking his office to his patients. Anil It
works out very satisfactorily down in lln-

WHAT wbi «he old story about
Mohammed and the moun¬
tain!
You know it, of course: "When
the mountain refused to come to Mo¬
hammed. Mohammed went to the
mountain."
That igiw spirit i* indieated in the
eareer of I)r. H. A. Edward*, den tilt,
of Duplin County.
Ordinarily, patient* go to a dcnti»t’*

where he practice» mo»t of the week.
Duplin County, however, ha» a num¬
ber of imall and thriving communities
in it, and these towns are without
regular dentist verriee. So Dr.
Edwards coneeived the idea of con¬
verting nn automobile trailer into a
completely equipped dental office. Io
this manner he is able to serve ‘cveral
other towns, in addition to Warsaw.
On Wednesdays, he hook* the trailer

to his Chevrolet car and drives to

all dentist* confine their operation*
to only one town. Dr. Edwards is able
to take in an entire county.
And don't gel the idea, from thi*
article, that he is a sensationalist or a
*cekcr after publicity, because such i*
not the case. He is a quiet, rather re¬
served individual and stands high
among the members of his profession.
Some time ngo, he thought of the
trailer idea, and the more he thought
of it, the hotter he liked it. So he
engaged the service* of a carpenter
to build exactly the kind of an outfit
he wanted, and then he proceeded to in-
cro**e the ko|«c of his territory.
The people of Duplin County are
delighted with the plan, inasmuch a*
it gives them an opportunity of ob¬
taining the best of dental service with¬
out having to take a long trip in order
to get it. And. it nl*o U highly satis¬
factory from Dr. Edwards’ standpoint,
so it look» a* though everybody con¬
cerned is happy and that the system
will continue to be followed »uc-
cemfully.
