H.B. No. 13: A bill to be entitled an act requiring all Negro teachers and principals in the public schools of the State to take examinations prior to the opening of the 1956-57 school term under the supervision of the State Department of Public Instruction and providing that the certificates of such teachers be graded according to the results of such examinations; and requiring all teachers and principals of the State to take such examinations for the renewal of their certificates when the same expire.
