Mike Easley’s briefing to discuss response efforts as Tropical Depression Ivan exits North Carolina will be available. The Governor is holding a briefing TODAY (Sept. 18) at 2:00 p.m. in the State Emergency Operations Center in the Basement of the Administration Building (116 W. Jones St.) UNC-TV, as a service to the state, will provide pool coverage of Gov. Mike Easley’s press briefing.
