NEEDS AT CERTAIN SCHOOLS.
Appropriates $25 million from the General Fund to the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) for 2022-23 for renovations and
repairs at the following schools, allocated in amounts specified: Goldsboro High School; Dillard Middle School; and Brogden
Middle School. Allows for DPI to reallocate unexpended funds within the purposes of the act. Specifies that the funds do not
revert to the General Fund.
