H 675 (2021-2022) FUNDS/US DA DMC PROGRAM. Filed Apr 22 202 1, AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR NORTH
CAROLINA DAIRY PRODUCERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE'S DAIRY MARGIN COVERAGE
PROGRAM.
Directs the State Controller to transfer $436,000 from the Coronavirus Relief Reserve to the Coronavirus Relief Fund and
appropriates the transferred funds to the Office of State Budget and Management to be allocated to the Department of
Agriculture and Consumer Sendees for 2021-22. Restricts use of the funds to the reimbursement of qualifying dairy fanners
for their costs of enrollment in the USDA's Dairy Margin Coverage program for the 202 1 program year, to the extent this
purpose is consistent with COVID-19 Recovery Legislation, as defined in SL 2020-4.

BOARD OF ARCHITECTURE TO EXPEND FUNDS TO CONDUCT EDUCATIONAL COURSES FOR LICENSED ARCHITECTS AND
INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN ARCHITECTURE.
Amends GS 83A-3 to allow the NC Board of Architecture (Board) to use its funds to establish, conduct, contract, or arrange
for instructional programs for licensed architects. Authorizes the Board to (1 ) conduct, sponsor, or arrange for the education
programs and (2) partner with community colleges, public or private institutions of higher learning, boards of education, or
governing bodies of industrial centers for the planning, scheduling, or arranging of courses, instruction, extension courses, or
in assisting in obtaining these courses of study or programs. Allows the Board to adopt implementing rules. Effective October
1,2021.

Establishes the Joint Select Committee on School Accountability System (Committee) and states the Committee's purpose.
Directs the Committee to evaluate information and recommendations provided by the Stakeholder Group, created by the State
Board of Education (State Board) and the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) as detailed by the act, and other sources it
deems appropriate, to provide recommendations to the specified NCGA committee by April 15. 2022. Provides for
