jointly and unanimously select a third-party professional investment management firm, subject to the rules and regulations of
(was, registered with) the US Securities and Exchange Commission for fund administration.
Adds a section amending GS 1 47-86. 73(gl) to refer to the ABLE Account application package instead of application form.

Amends GS 1 1 5D-5(b)(12). authorizing the State Board of Community Colleges to waive tuition and registration fees for all
courses taken by high school students at community colleges (currently only applies to curriculum courses).
Amends GS 1 1 5D-20(4) to authorize local community colleges to offer, in addition to all currently authorized offerings, academic
transition pathways for qualified junior and senior high school students that lead to State or industry -recognized credentials.
