ADMIN1STRA TIVE PROCED URE LA I VS.
Conference report makes the following changes to the 3rd edition.
Amends proposed GS 150B-19.4, requirements on rules with substantial financial costs, by amending the conditions for
legislative review to no longer require that a bill specifically disapproving the rule or set of rules have been introduced in a
house of the General Assembly before the thirty-first legislative day. Requires the Rules Review Commission to provide a list
of the rules and sets of rules subject to legislative review under (c) of the statute to the Joint Legislative Administrative
Procedure Oversight Committee and the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations before the convening of
each applicable regular session of the General Assembly.
