CONOVER TO ADOPT ORDINANCES REGULATING GOLF CARTS AND UTILITY VEHICLES. Amends Section
1 of Session Law 2003-1 24 to allow the City of Conover to adopt ordinances regulating the operation of golf carts
and utility vehicles on public streets and roads.

THE FOUNDATION OF THE NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE KNOWN AS KORNER'S FOLLY LOCATED ON
SOUTH MAIN STREET IN KERNERSVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA. Appropriates $100,000 for 2007-08 from the
General Fund to the Korner's Folly Fund as title indicates. Effective July 1, 2007.

TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FOR THE NORTH CAROLINA BREAST AND
CERVICAL CANCER CONTROL PROGRAM Appropriates $2,263,610 for 2007-08 from the General Fund to the
Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health. Directs that the funds be used to augment
federal funds to provide further screening and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer for an additional
8,000 women in NC. Effective July 1, 2007.
