Requires the UNC Board of Governors to transfer $2.5 million of the remaining unencumbered funds
appropriated for the North Carolina Motorsports Testing and Research Complex at UNC -Charlotte for the 2004-05
fiscal year to the Community Colleges System Office to support the Motorsports Consortium. Effective June 30,
2007.
