Appropriates $1 50,000 for 2007-08 from the General Fund to the Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden
Foundation to support the development of Phase I of a public botanical garden in Kernersville’s historic district.
States that the garden will enhance education, tourism, and economic and cultural development. Effective July 1,
2007.
