S 347. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS APPROP. ACT. TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS TO PROVIDE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS FOR STATE DEPARTMENTS, INSTITUTIONS, AND AGENCIES, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES. Enacts the “Capital Improvements Appropriations Act of 1997" based on the Governor's 1997-99
budget proposal.
Appropriates from General Fund $62,560,300 for 1997-98 to state departments agencies for capital projects
as indicated in the following table.
