Section C. Vol. 1993, No. 65 Daily Bulletin 17 May 1993 Page 1C
Today’s Daily Bulletin consists of Part A, Part
В
and Part C. This is Part C, containing a
summary of the Senate Appropriations Committee report on S 27. Please call our Raleigh
office if you are missing any part.
1993-95 BUDGET DETAIL
The Senate Appropriations Committee distributed with its committee substitute for S 27 a report dated May
11, 1993 that details the committee’s recommendations. This report is incorporated into S 27 by reference.
What follows is a summary of that document. Unlike the report itself, the summary does not distinguish
between adjustments to the base budget and expansion budget items, and does not list numbers of positions
added or eliminated. In addition, the summary aggregates some dollar amounts that are broken down further
in the committee report and omits explanatory comments concerning specific recommendations.
Numbers in boldface are non-recurring. Except as otherwise indicated, all appropriations affect the
General Fund.
