courtroom in the district court, $6 (House, $6.50) and in the superior court, $24 (House, $24.50);
criminal case fee for support of the courts in the district court, $41 (House, $40.50) and in the
superior court, $48 (House, $47.50); civil case fee for use of courtroom in cases before the mag¬
istrate, $6 (House, $6.50) and in the district and superior courts, $10 (House, $10.50); civil case
fee for support of the courts in the superior court, $55 (House, $54.50), in the district court, $40
(House, $39.50), and before the magistrate, $28 (House, $27.50); special proceedings fee for use
of courtroom, $4 (House, $4.50) and for support of the courts, $26 (House, $25.50); courtroom
fees in administration of estates of decedents, minors, incompetent, missing persons, and of
trusts under wills and powers of attorney, and in collections of personal property by affidavit, $4
(House, $4.50) and fees in such cases for support of the courts, $26 (House, $25.50).
