Contains financial records for North Carolina's delegates to the Continential Congress, the U. S. Congress, and federal conventions like the Convention on Trade and Commerce in Annapolis and the Constitutional Convention (though it is not referred to as such in the records, which instead use language such as the Federal Convention, the Convention at Philadelphia, and the Convention for the Revisal of the Federal Constitution). These financial records consist of warrants for payment of expenses and salaries, accounts of expenses submitted by delegates, and arrearages (money owed that should have been paid earlier). These historical records only include the perspective of the creator.
