Mike Easley’s Legal Counsel, Hampton Dellinger, will leave his position in June to the law practice of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice. Dellinger will be a partner in the firm’s Raleigh office. “Hampton has served me, my administration, and the citizens of North Carolina with distinction, and I know he will do the same for his clients in private practice,” Easley said. “1 rely heavily on his advice, well beyond legal matters.
