EASLEY APPOINTS ANTHONY TO INCENTIVE BONUS REVIEW COMMITTEE RALEIGH - Gov. Mike Easley has appointed Art Anthony of Raleigh to the Incentive Bonus Review Committee. Anthony is a program evaluator at N.C. State University. He is a member of the State Employees Association of North Carolina, chair of NCSU’s Physical Environment Committee and a member of NCSU’s Human Rights Week Committee. Anthony also served as chair of NCSU’s Staff Senate in 1999 and 2000. He received his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Shaw Univeristy. The committee receives various agency coordinators’ recommendations on suggestion and innovation implementation plans and determines their impact on state government services. The committee also ensures that the state employee incentive bonus process does not have a negative impact on services provided to taxpayers. ### Governor's Press Office State Capitol.
