House committee substitute to the 2nd edition makes the following changes.
Modifies the proposed definition of park model RV, as the term is used to identify one of the basic types of recreational

A1 19.5, among the other two required characteristics, to qualify as a park model RV. No longer requires the vehicle to not be
pennanently affixed to real property for use as a permanent dwelling to qualify as a park model RV.
Additionally, amends the definition of recreational vehicle under proposed Article 19, Regulation of Recreational Vehicle
Dealers and Manufacturers, GS Chapter 20, to include a park model RV (no longer including certification by the manufacturer
to meet ANSI 1 19.5 Standard for Park Model RVs as an alternative to certification to meet NFPA 1 192 Standard on
Recreational Vehicles).
Makes a technical change to the disciplinary action provisions under new Article 19.
