Introducer: Taylor Sent to Appropriations
"To appropriate funds to the Administrative Office of the Courts for
additional deputy clerks of court in Bladen , Columbus , and Sampson counties. "
Appropriates $49,000 from General Fund to Administrative Office of Courts for
fiscal 1978-79 for two additional deputy clerks of court each for Bladen,
Columbus, and Sampson counties. Effective July 1, 1978.

1555 Spencer Shops renovation funds APPROPRIATION
Introducer: Neal Smith Sent to Appropriations
"To appropriate funds to the Department of Cultural Resources for
stabilization 3 artifact purchase , and restoration and continued research for
Historic Spencer Shops State Historic Site." Appropriates $375,000 from General
Fund to Dep't of Cultural Resources for fiscal 1978-79 as title indicates; re¬
quires that from total appropriation $125,000 be spent for stabilization and
continuing research and $250,000 be spent for purchase and restoration of artifacts.
Effective July 1, 1978.
H 1556 Hertford court clerk added-1 APPROPRIATION, GS 7A
Introducer: Jernigan Sent to Appropriations
"To appropriate funds to the Administrative Office of the Courts for
an additional deputy clerk and equipment in the office of Clerk of Superior Court
in Hertford County." Appropriates $8,900 from General Fund to Administrative
Office of the Courts for additional deputy clerk of court and clerical equipment
in Hertford County. Effective July 1, 1978.
H 1559 Release gov't worker personnel file GS 126
Introducer: Joe Johnson Sent to State Personnel
"To allow release of certain information pertaining to state employees. "
Adds to GS 126-24 provision allowing department head to inform any person or corp¬
oration of promotions, demotions, suspensions, reinstatement, transfer, separation,
dismissal, employment or non-employment of person employed by dep't or whose per¬
sonnel files is in dep't and reasons for action; allows inspection by persons de¬
signated by dep't head of such personnel file if essential to maintaining integrity
or services of dep't.
