Sec. 2. That the Governor of North Carolina is hereby Governor author-ized

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 34 OF THE PUBLIC LAWS
OF 1929 OF NORTH CAROLINA RELATING TO THE
STERILIZATION OF PERSONS MENTALLY DEFECTIVE.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. The governing body or responsible head of any State institutions
