Mr. Bellamy, for the Committee to nominate Trustees for
the Universit}^ submitted the following report:
To the Senate and House of Representatives of North Carolina:
• The Joint Committee appointed by your honorable bodies
to select Trustees of the University to fill the place of those
going but of office on November 30th, 1891, and to fill cer-tain
vacancies caused by resignations, respectfully report:
That, to fill the places of those whose terms expire on
November 30, 1891, they recommend the following named
citizens
