court. And said criminal court shall have juris-diction
to oriii^inate proceedings by scire ficias against

causes, ov their sureties, wlien the default occurred before

Sec. 21. Tnat the aforesaid criminal court shall hold its

shall be the duty of the county commissioners of Wake
county to draw thirty jurors (at least twenty days [irior to
said term) to serve as jurors at the said first term of the

as now prescribed by law for drawing jurors for the supe-rior
courts.
Sec. 22. That this act shall be in full force and effect
from and after its ratiiication.
