Finding 1.1 Duplicate Payments is decreased to $249,048 and Finding 1.2 Questionable Payments is increased to $144,689. Details are: Town of Madison – o 2 Tri County Development lead abatement invoices for $9,500 - Tri County Development is not a State certified provider. o 1 Tri County Development lead abatement invoices $5,000 – The lead risk assessment stated no lead in these homes. Town Haw River – 1 Tri County Development lead abatement invoices $8,000 – The lead risk assessment stated no lead in the home.
