Description	Governor Zebulon Baird Vance writes to F & H Fries Company in regards to their refusal to supply the North Carolina Troops with wool at a profit of.75 cents over cost of production. He is very upset that the companies of his state would let the men who are fighting the war go without while they were home “in protected ease to reap a harvest of wealth.”
