Lieutenant Francis Harper,  Sr.  who was born in what is now Greene
Co., N.C. about 1737 and died in Dobbs Co.   (now Greene) N.C. after
1790.    His place of residence during the Revoution [Revolution] was N.C.

Virginia Harper was the daughter of Luby Saunders Harper.

died Craven Co., N.C. 12 Jan. 1919 - wife Viola Moore
who was born 3 Oct. 1874 in Greene Co. and died Craven
Co., N.C. 3 Aug. 1904. They were married 9 April 1893.

Luby Saunders Harper was the son of Delaney Harper.

Delaney Harper - born 4 Dec. 1839 in Greene Co., N.C. - died
18 Dec. 1866 in Greene CO., N.C. - wife Virginia Saunders
who was born 16 April 1844 in Greene Co. and died 14 March
1905 in Greene Co.    They were married 24 Jan. 1860.

Delaney Harper was the son of Charles Hopton Harper.

Charles Hopton Harper was born 28 Sept. 1790 - died 5 April 1846-
2nd wife Axey Rasberry who was born 23 March 1811. They
were married 18 Dec. 1838.

Charles Hopton Harper was the son of Francis Harper.
