Full Text | Franklin County. Madam Chairman This county is to be congratulated on being chosen among the 100 counties of the state 3000 in U.S. It is more fortunate than any one realizes. These books, carefully selected and made ready for use can change the lives of the people. Through books one can stand on the shoulders of the past. It isn't necessary to go back to the beginning of any subject. Books tell what has been done. Some boy or some girl may add to world knowledge, because books are at hand. Books are only of value if read and used. Fearful, terrible, awful atomic bomb - result of years of accumulated knowledge.
