In 2012, we reached our $1 million goal. This would not have been possible during these tough economic times without the help from individual donors, corporations and foundations. This year, we awarded 102 scholarships to 51 deserving students. In order to accomplish this type of success, it is absolutely necessary that we have private funding. Your support will continue to make our foundation successful and help tremendously with our students’ educational needs. Having you support the Halifax Community College Foundation, Inc. will continue to make a difference in the lives of our students and the growth of our community. Again, thanks for your continued support. With your gifts, we will be able to meet our next target of $2 million and assist even more students in the pursuit of their personal and professional goals.
