Part of southeastern one- quarter of lot 4 in Block 80; March 8, 1899; $ 1; Buyer: Maria Wade, tract was conveyed to Delia Wade from James Wilson, July 28, 1892 ( DB 24, p. 636. The 1899 deed is the same as the earlier one. Evidently, a mistake was made on the lot numbers.).
