[Ratified the Ibth day of February, 1855.] AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOE THE ISSUE, QF ADDITIONAL STOCK BY THE ( %<!», L\T SEABOARD AND ROANOKE BATLROAD COMPANY. Whereas, It is an object that the debts of the Seaboard and Roanoke Railroad Company should be converted into stock, and the company thereby be placed on a more secure foundation, and be better prepared to provide for the in-creasing trade and travel on the road: therefore Sec. 1.
