1871- 72.J DoccjMENT No. 27. 50 tail- and equitable, and believing also tliat the said proposal embodies tcriiis the best attainable and fully securing to this company an income, not only certain bnt also as considerable as could be otherwise relied on ; therefore, liesoJved, That the said proposal be, and the same is hereby occupied and agreed to in the form and on the ternis and stip-nlations set forth in the said proposed lease, and that the president of this company be and is hereby anthorized and instructed, on l)ehalf of this company, to execnte said proposed ao-reement in due form, by deed, under the corporate seal of this compajiy, and tu cause the same to be carried into effect as may be deemed practicable.
