The North Carolina gazette or New-Bern Advertiser Tros Tyrriufye mithi nullo diserimine agetur. Irg. Thursday, Nov. 3. Advertisement. North Carolina New-Bern District To Be Sold At public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the Court House in the county of Craven, the 15th December next, at twelve months credit, payable in the current money of this state or the certificates granted to the officers and soldiers of the centennial line of the state, the purchasers giving bond with sufficient security, payable to the Governor for time being or his successor; for the use of the state in double the amount of the purchase money, conditioned for the payment of the principal and interest at the expiration of the time aforesaid. On e half part the front of lot No.8 situated in the town of New-Bern in Front Street, extending in said street twenty six feet and back from the said street to the river Neuse improved with a still house in which are to stills, late the property of Samuel Cornell Esq. Two tracts or parcles ofland each containing six hundred and forty acres situated in the county of Craven on Brice’s Creek on Miry Savannah. late the property of William Brimage. One other tract or parcel of land containing six hundred and forty acres situated in county aforesaid on Eilis’ Lake late the property of said William Brimage. A mortgage right in and lots situated in the amley N with interest from said date from John Cook Esq.; to Martin Howard formerly justice of this province now State of North Carolina. A copy of the said mortgage may be seen on an application at the registrar’s office in the county of Craven. One other tract of land situated in the county of Craven, on the West side of Mosley’s Creek, beginning at west line from thence with the creek to Griffens line, from thence to West line from thence to the First station, containing one hundred acres, late the property of Richard Tier. One Other tract of land containing two hundred acres lying in the county of Craven, on Popular Branch, Joining Winston’s Land, it being the property of Thomas Brown. One other parcel of land in the county of Craven containing forty acres joining Richard Blackledge’s land on Mosley’s creek, the late property of Richard Tier. Will be sold as above, on the 19th of December, at the courthouse in the county of Beaufort, viz. One tract parcel of land lying in the county of Beaufort north of Pamptico river and of Town creek, containing two hundred and forty acres, the late property of Robert Palmer, one other tract of land lying in the county of Beaufort , north side of Pamptico River and east side of Goose Creek, containing a hundred and twenty eight acres the property of Robert Palmer. Three town of Bath her name unknown considered by side of Pamtico town of Washire of Beaufort hundred and twenty is a good dwelling kitchen, ware-house several other hundred acres good fence Andrew Sprow to be sold 22nd day of December court house viz. A tract on in the county of Mattemske four hundred; pine on the lake of Robert Palmers on the ridge side beginning at a side, containing forty acres, the Palmers, one lying new Currittuck hundred and forty white oak, Robert Palmer.
