but numbers oppofed it the marfbal and the chancellors were ordered to wait on the ambaftador to demand the removal of the fequeftration and inform him of the determination of the chamber to fufpend its deliberation till this hould be complied with the marflial refufing to go the chancellors went and reported that the fequeftration would be taken of a foon as the members ot the delegation were nominated provided that were done in the courfe of the day ;
