jan 31 the captain of an american veflel lately arrived here from georgia gives us a certainty that he brought here paf fenger a captain who allured him that d ring his laft voyage to tlie weft-indies he found loft upon the reefs of turk's ifland the king of spain's brig l'lnfanta commanded the three laft years by the french captain lanefel then command ed by the lieutenant of tbe spanifh navy la madrie who fail ed from this harbour laft oftcber for the ttavannah ; that the faid captain received on board his veffel the faid lieutenant and - his crew and carried them to banal ou in the ifland ot cuba for which ftrvice he received three hundred rix dollars yefterday arrived the fhip william hayes from liverpool ; brig edward sims briftol in 63 days j and floop friend ship eldridge washington n c among other curious natural productions prefented to mr peale's american museum in philadelphia flnce his late a rival in baltimore are the following :— a fifli of the south sea 4 feet
