Description | The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, in cooperation with the NC Center for Geographic Information and Analysis, developed the digital Conservation Tax Credit Properties data to enhance planning, siting and impact analysis for the Clean Water Management Trust Fund project. This file outlines the extent of the property boundaries donated to the state in return for a tax credit. This data was created to assist governmental agencies and others in making resource management decisions through use of a Geographic Information System (GIS). |
