2.	"Daniel Lindsey his Bible this August 9th 18??"[The year is faded and illigible] This handwriting and the above listed births appear to be the handwriting of Daniel Lindsey.

4.	"The gratest storm that was Ever nown in the state of North Cairlina was on the 3th of September 1821 D.Lindsey"
5.	"One which equaled the above storm if not surpassed it, took place on the 1st March 1846 and also in September of the same year which must have surpassed any that ever took place in the state of North Carolina	E. C. Lindsey"
